Pochtoy.com are great There was an issue with the shipment, but the matter was resolved quickly. But their partners in the territory of the Russian Federation — the company CDEK — work just terribly. They did not send the customs clearance link for 6 days. Support kept feeding me promises that if I hadn't received it, they would resend it. And only after contacting Pochtoy.com support and at the same time writing a complaint to CDEK was the issue resolved. Therefore, pay the customs duty in advance. So that CDEK is involved as little as possible during the delivery process.
